Dr.Nirmal Baral, MD (Biochemistry)

He did MBBS from Rajshahi Medical, Bangladesh. Then he completed MD (Biochemistry) from All Indian institute of Medical sciences (AIIMS), New Delhi. His vast experience includes teaching Biochemistry, Clinical Chemistry, Molecular Biology to undergraduate MBBS, BDS, B.Sc.Nursing, B.Sc. MLT and other allied subjects in addition to Postgraduate courses: M.Sc./MD and Ph.D program in Biochemistry. He also did his training in Medical Education at Pondicherry, India in 1997, University of Illinois at Chicago in 2003 in an International fellowship of Medical Education (IFME) granted by FAIMER, Advanced course on Problem Based Learning at Maastrich University (UM), Netherlands in 2006 and Fellow of the Foundation for Advancement of International Medical Education and Research (FAIMER), June 2010-12 at GSMC- FAIMER (Regional Institute, Mumbai, India). His excellent work includes his enormous involvement in various publications and research work in the field of Medicine and Biochemistry

Dr.Hari P. Nepal MD (Microbiology)

After completion of his MD (Doctor of Medicine) in Microbiology and Infectious Diseases from BP Koirala Institute of Health Sciences (one of the WHO listed colleges of Nepal), he has been involved in teaching-learning activities (such as lectures, small group discussions, problem based learning, correlation seminars, student assessments etc.) of graduate and various undergraduate programs, particularly medical students.He has also been involved in research activities and made publications in national as well as international journals.

 

 

Dr.Vincent Theraisnathan PhD (Molecular Microbiology) and Ph.D (Mycology)

He did post doctoral fellow in Molecular Microbiology from Bowling green state University, OH, USA and he did PhD in Mycology from University of Madras, India. He has Experience in teaching courses in Medical Microbiology (USMLE), Microbiology, General Biology, Ecology, Botany, Genetics and Immunology, USA. His publications and research articles speak very high about his experience in the research filed.

 

 

Dr.Shaimaa Nassr Amin MD (Physiology)

She did M.B.B.Ch from Cairo University, and then she finished her Masters in Physiology. She later on pursued her MD (Physiology) from the same Cairo University. She has experience in teaching Medical Physiology for medical students. She also has experience in the research of Medical Physiology. Her publications were published in the journals of national level and international level.

 

 

Dr.Sharath Kandi MS (Experimental Pathology)

He is a medical graduate from India and has done his masters in Experimental Pathology at New York Medical College. He has over 7 years of health care experience as an Intern, Medical officer in various departments with teaching, basic and clinical science research experience in medical schools. His research interests are in investigating the role of reactive oxygen species and redox mechanisms controlling vascular smooth muscle contraction with application to pulmonary arterial hypertension. He also gained oncology lab research experience while working at Department of Medicine, NYMC. He has good track record in research publications and posters. He organized and conducted departmental seminars, participated in journal clubs.
